📋 Description

• Create software used by thousands of users • Build new functionalities based on the needs of the medical market in Poland and worldwide • Work in a dynamic team with broad architectural and business decision-making authority • Develop and maintain advanced Electronic Medical Documentation and clinic management software • Contribute to MyDr EDM, a cloud-based healthcare platform used by over 10,000 clinics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on web applications • Experience with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL • Use of modern AI tools, including LLMs and agents, in daily engineering work • Solid engineering approach to result verification, quality, and security • Comfortable working in a small team, managing processes, taking initiative, and making decisions • English communication skills, spoken and written, at B2+ level • Permission to work in Poland or Spain without visa sponsorship from Docplanner, or applicable authorization to work in Europe
