📋 Description

• Deliver on-time and on-budget collaborative engagements that provide continuous improvement through impactful solutions • Plan, organize, and manage engagement tasks, project decisions, issues, and prioritizations • Develop technical solutions addressing client needs and track long-term customer objectives, success criteria, and achievements • Build relationships with customer administrators and Centers of Excellence as a trusted expert consultant • Demonstrate the Docusign IAM platform across customer businesses using best practices • Collaborate with Docusign teams to uncover additional customer needs and document client requirements and expectations • Meet Professional Services success criteria, including utilization, customer satisfaction, and financial requirements

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent • 5+ years working directly with business/customers to understand business needs and applying technology solutions to those requirements • 4+ years of experience consulting and working within implementation or solution architecture development, or business analyst teams in Software or Software-as-a-Service industries • Demonstrated ability to uncover additional customer needs • Ability to drive customer towards productive utilization of their contract • Understanding of document or content management and/or workflow systems and their application to business process improvement • Experience implementing workflow/BPM software (e.g. Lombardi, Pega, K2, Skelta), software (e.g. Salesforce.com, Documentum, FileNet, MS SharePoint) • Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills • Strong multitasking and organization skills • Proven track record of delivering projects or products to market within budget • Experience working in one or more of the following industries: FinServ, Tech, Telecom, Healthcare, Real Estate, Insurance, Education, Public Sector • Experience with XML/Xpath or other structured data
