📋 Description

• Deliver on-time and on-budget collaborative customer engagements that provide continuous improvement through impactful solutions • Plan, organize, and manage engagement tasks, project decisions, issues, and priorities • Develop technical solutions addressing client needs and track long-term customer objectives, success criteria, and achievements • Build strong relationships with customer administrators and Centers of Excellence • Act as a trusted expert consultant on demonstrating the Docusign IAM platform across customers’ businesses using best practices • Collaborate with Docusign teams to uncover additional customer needs • Document client requirements and expectations • Meet Professional Services success criteria, including utilization targets, customer satisfaction scores, and financial requirements

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent • 8+ years of experience working directly with business/customers to understand business needs and apply technology solutions • 4+ years of experience consulting and working within implementation, solution architecture development, or business analyst teams in Software or Software-as-a-Service industries • Demonstrated ability to uncover additional customer needs • Ability to drive customers toward productive utilization of their contract • Understanding of document or content management and/or workflow systems and their application to business process improvement • Experience implementing workflow/BPM software such as Lombardi, Pega, K2, or Skelta • Experience implementing software such as Salesforce.com, Documentum, FileNet, or MS SharePoint • Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills • Strong multitasking and organization skills • Proven track record of delivering projects or products to market within budget • Experience working in one or more of FinServ, Tech, Telecom, Healthcare, Real Estate, Insurance, Education, or Public Sector industries • Experience with XML/XPath or other structured data
