📋 Description

• Own CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, sales-engagement and related GTM systems as one connected whole • Translate business requests into underlying problems, propose options, explain trade-offs, and reject unsuitable approaches when appropriate • Replace recurring manual work with automation or self-service tools • Build automations, small tools and integrations using maintainable approaches • Maintain a lean, trustworthy data model by retiring unused fields and legacy workarounds • Enforce data quality at data entry points • Maintain reliable integrations using native connectors or custom integrations with API limits, error handling and monitoring • Keep sandbox and production environments consistent • Collaborate with the internal engineering team as necessary • Use AI tools to build, investigate issues, and accelerate routine work • Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack and identify future improvements from support activity • Document changes and follow change management from sandbox to production • Work with the current stack: Salesforce, Dealhub CPQ, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong Professional, Gong Engage, Gong Forecasting, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, and Ringlead

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including advanced Flow, data and security model • Experience with HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL and REST APIs • Ability to write scripts in Python or JavaScript • Track record of replacing manual processes with automation or self-service, with before-and-after examples • Systems thinking and judgment about where logic and data should live across connected systems • Understanding of lead-to-quote-to-close and the marketing funnel, including lead lifecycle and attribution • Comfortable using AI coding and automation tools every day • Clear communication and ability to push back on requests with reasons • Ability to work well with business users and engineers • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus • Ability to work in the country of residence; DoiT does not provide visa sponsorship
