📋 Description

• Proactively discover emerging and mid-tier streamers, YouTubers, and content creators across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and X, focusing on Counter-Strike (CS2), Fortnite, and iGaming/gambling audiences. • Run a disciplined daily outreach workflow; pitch talent directly or through talent agents, overcome objections, and negotiate fixed-fee, rev-share, or hybrid deal structures. • Manage and activate creator campaigns across the gamified e-commerce platform and broader iGaming ecosystem. • Maintain daily records of creator outreach, deal stages, contract terms, and campaign deliverables in CRM and internal tracking systems. • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded creators, ensuring stream/video requirements are fulfilled on time and supporting renewals. • Monitor streaming drama, gaming memes, CS2 skin dynamics, and meta-shifts to recruit high-ROI creators early. • Track creator conversions, execute daily outreach targets, and manage 50+ active creator conversations simultaneously.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record with 2+ years in a high-volume, performance-driven role—such as affiliate marketing, influencer management, creator outreach, or a similar creator-partnership role. • Deep, authentic familiarity with Counter-Strike (CS2), Fortnite, or similar competitive titles, as well as streaming platforms including Twitch, Kick, and YouTube, and the meme culture surrounding them. • Outstanding ability to talk to Kick streamers, corporate talent managers, and agents alike, establishing instant authority, building relationships, and closing partnership deals. • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of 50+ active deals across different stages without dropping details, missed follow-ups, or unread messages. • At least 2 years of experience negotiating creator partnerships and deal structures such as fixed-fee, rev-share, or hybrid agreements. • Business-fluent English. • Ability to operate reliably during Eastern Time business hours to align with key creators, agents, and internal team calls. • Direct experience working in the CS2 skin economy, iGaming, casino, or loot-box creator marketing spaces. • Existing network or direct contacts with gaming streamers, esports orgs, or digital talent agencies. • Hands-on experience with influencer CRMs and scouting databases (e.g., Modash, GRIN, Meltwater, HubSpot).
