📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable analytics data models in dbt • Build reliable transformations from raw product data to business-ready datasets • Implement testing, validation, and documentation across the analytics layer • Define, document, and maintain trusted business metrics across the company • Evolve a scalable semantic layer for consistent reporting and self-service analytics • Partner with Product and Growth Managers on A/B tests, funnels, retention, and customer insights • Build measurement frameworks for product launches and feature rollouts • Build dashboards and reports in Power BI, Hex, or internal AI tools • Coach stakeholders to find answers through self-service analytics • Build AI-enabled analytics workflows and support company-wide AI adoption • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience building analytics data models with dbt or a similar transformation framework • Good grasp of dimensional modelling • Advanced SQL skills • Experience working with large analytical datasets • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift • Experience building dashboards and self-service reports in Power BI or similar BI tools • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and product analytics • Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI assistants, including setting up MCPs and using AI coding tools • Experience driving AI adoption in a team or organisation • Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical people and turn data into recommendations • Based in, and having the right to work in, the country where the role is advertised • No visa sponsorship or relocation support available • Nice to have: experience building semantic layers or self-service analytics platforms • Nice to have: good Python skills for data processing and automation, such as pandas • Nice to have: familiarity with Airflow and experience with Athena • Nice to have: experience with Google Analytics 4, GrowthBook, or Avo • Nice to have: experience in a modern B2B SaaS environment
