📋 Description

• Take ownership of the end-to-end production of events, from creative briefing through to on-site execution and wrap-up • Translate creative ideas into reality by finding production solutions, suppliers and resources • Collaborate with Creative and Account teams to understand project vision, objectives and expectations • Develop production plans, timelines and budgets balancing creative ambition, quality, feasibility and cost • Source, brief and manage venues, suppliers, technical teams, catering, staffing, entertainment, logistics and other production partners • Use an established Madrid supplier and production network to build project teams • Request, negotiate and compare quotations • Monitor budgets, commitments and actual costs, identify overruns and propose solutions • Coordinate production teams and stakeholders • Lead on-site production and ensure safe, smooth delivery to the expected creative standard • Anticipate challenges and provide fast, practical and creative solutions • Manage last-minute changes while protecting creative vision, quality and budget • Lead post-event wrap-up, including final costs, supplier reconciliation and production learnings

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event production, preferably within an agency, production company or events environment • Proven experience taking creative concepts from briefing to reality • Strong client-facing experience and confidence dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders • Established network of suppliers, venues and production partners in Madrid • Strong understanding of event production, technical requirements, logistics and supplier management • Proven experience managing production budgets and controlling costs • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness • Highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented • Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of projects • Able to make decisions quickly and confidently in a live production environment • Calm under pressure and able to manage last-minute changes without compromising quality • Fluent in Spanish and English • Spanish mandatory; English highly recommended; additional languages a plus
