📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert on architecture reviews, tabletop exercises, and assessments in industrial environments. • Perform documentation review, gap analysis, site walk-downs, and network/host data collection and analysis. • Contribute to final findings and recommendations documents, verbally present findings, and address customer questions. • Convert customer engagement insights into research and innovation projects, including PCAP analysis, protocol dissectors, characterizations, and analytics. • Develop content for the Dragos customer training program. • Create and facilitate infrastructure-specific tabletop exercises with detailed attack scenarios. • Participate in exercises to showcase Dragos capabilities and transfer knowledge for real-world attack response. • Support pre-sales initiatives by providing technical guidance for customer engagement scopes of work.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with ICS/OT systems. • Strong understanding of industrial control systems, devices, instrumentation and communications protocols. • Experience in target industries such as electric, oil & gas, chemical, manufacturing (eg, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage), utilities, or other critical infrastructure sectors. • Ability to learn new concepts quickly through formal education, self-study, or mentorship. • Appetite for staying current on trends in OT, cybersecurity, and the broader industrial space. • Experience with technical writing in a professional environment. • Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, endpoint security, managed service offerings, threat detection, and network monitoring solutions. • Familiarity with system administration, Active Directory, networking, SSH, operating system hardening, and remote access techniques. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate across distributed teams. • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally. • Successful completion of a background check as a condition of employment.
