📋 Description
• Lead the scale-up of gold leaching technologies from lab to pilot and full-scale operations • Design and optimize metallurgical flowsheets tailored to various ore types • Manage relationships with labs, engineering firms, and equipment vendors • Oversee the development of process diagrams, equipment lists, and commissioning plans • Direct on-site commissioning, ramp-up, and performance tracking • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including tailings and water management • Act as the key liaison between technical teams, project partners, and clients
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process Engineering • 15+ years in gold processing/metallurgy, including site-based roles and project delivery • Proven experience scaling up at least two gold processing technologies (e.g., CIL/CIP, flotation, SART, BIOX/POX) • Strong foundation in comminution, flotation, carbon management, and reagent schemes • Familiarity with HAZOP, LOPA, ICMI Cyanide Code, and GISTM/ICMM standards
