📋 Description

• Oversee a live format conceptually and organizationally from the initial show idea through to its premiere • Shape the show’s dramatic arc, characters, and pacing, and create the desired audience impact • Coordinate the existing team and fill other key roles as needed • Plan, coordinate, and execute operational processes • Collaborate with the music, acting, events, and technical teams • Keep track of the timeline and budget • Respond quickly to changes • Work closely with the team • Ensure the seamless execution of the stage production

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a producer, in television editorial (e.g., entertainment/show formats, documentaries, or history), or in contemporary theatre • Genuine enthusiasm for leading a show from the initial idea through to execution • A strong feel for creative direction and dramaturgy, along with excellent storytelling skills • Creative thinking: you know how to engage and captivate a crowd • Independent, fast-paced, and flexible working style • Strong organizational skills when working across different disciplines • Nice to have: a strong network in acting, music, and visualization
