📋 Description

• Develop and design secure endpoint management environments, target architectures, standards, and governance models • Embed security, compliance, and regulatory requirements into endpoint architectures and operational processes • Evaluate, design, and implement endpoint technologies and solutions • Lead endpoint management projects from planning and design through implementation and operational transition • Provide Level 2/3 support for complex endpoint incidents, service requests, and problem management • Manage incidents through their lifecycle, perform root cause analysis, and resolve recurring issues • Support and maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 endpoint management services • Configure, test, and optimize device policies, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security controls • Monitor endpoint compliance and coordinate remediation activities • Support device lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and deployment • Oversee software packaging, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management • Troubleshoot application deployment and device management issues • Participate in pilot deployments, testing, automation, and continuous service improvement • Manage external service providers and coordinate interfaces across IT teams • Act as technical advisor and escalation point for endpoint-related topics • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture standards, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles • Ensure endpoint management processes and documentation align with security and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, IT Operations, or advanced IT Support • Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions • Knowledge of software packaging and application deployment • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Understanding of endpoint security and compliance concepts • Basic PowerShell knowledge is an advantage • Strong communication and customer service skills • High level of English required (C1)
