📋 Description

• Grow the company's AI image service. • Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial based on demonstrated strengths. • For hiring operations: find, screen, and hire people; run the funnel end to end; source candidates; follow up; schedule; maintain the tracker; identify process failures. • For client delivery operations: plan, brief, follow up, and ship client work; manage timelines; brief the team; prevent work from stalling. • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked. • Make real daily decisions and take ownership of their outcomes. • Identify failing processes, including company processes, and communicate problems clearly and honestly. • Complete a paid six-to-eight-week trial performing the real job and making decisions on live work.

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job. • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial. • If you pass, give notice and join us full time within 30 days. • Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us. • Strong written English. • Based in Albania. • Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one. • Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months. • Employment history listed must be verifiable through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips. • Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying.

• 1500 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked. • Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent. • A one-month annual bonus. • 15 days of paid leave a year, rising with tenure, plus your own country's public holidays. • Paid sick leave. • A health allowance. • A coworking allowance. • Paid trial: half rate for the first two weeks, full rate from week three onward, and a completion payment when you finish the trial, whether or not we hire you. • If we stop the trial early, you are paid for the days you worked.
