📋 Description

• Help grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service • Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial • For hiring operations: manage sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, the hiring funnel, and tracker accuracy • For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; hold timelines and prevent stalled work • Identify slipped or failing work, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked • Make real daily operational decisions and be accountable for their quality • Participate in the application, testing, interview, aptitude assessment, and six-to-eight-week paid trial process

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Czech Republic • Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • Clear and honest writing, especially about problems • Ability to make and own decisions, including decisions that go wrong • Ability to distinguish which decisions are yours and which are not • Ability to take feedback as information and adapt • Ability to improve quickly • Ability to identify failing processes and communicate them • Employment history is verified against employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips • Misrepresenting work history is disqualifying
