📋 Description

• Own one operational area: the hiring machine or client delivery operations. • For hiring operations, manage sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, the recruiting funnel, tracker accuracy, and process issues. • For client delivery operations, plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; maintain dates, provide proper briefs, and prevent tasks from slipping. • Make daily decisions, own their outcomes, identify and report problems early, and document problems clearly. • Start making decisions on live work during the first week of the paid trial. • Complete a six-to-eight-week paid trial, during which the assigned operational area is determined. • Support the growth of Drop Zero Digital's AI image service.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Moldova. • Full time once hired, with no other job alongside. • During the paid trial, give 4 hours daily, with 2 hours at a set time inside the working day; a current job may continue during the trial. • On passing the trial, resign and join full time within 30 days. • Dependable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, checked live. • Strong written English. • Record hours in the company's time-tracking tool from the first day. • At some point in the last 12 months, have worked full time. • Submit a short Loom video and research Drop Zero Digital beforehand. • Complete the email test, including a real decision task, internet speed, computer details, and a work-history paragraph. • Complete a 15-minute founder call and a recorded one-take video interview. • Provide verifiable work history, including employers, dates, titles, paid status, contracts, and payslips.
