📋 Description

• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial • For hiring operations: run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes • For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; hold timelines and prevent work from stalling • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked • Make real operational decisions daily and take ownership of their outcomes • Identify when processes are failing and communicate problems clearly and honestly • Make calls on live work from the first week of the paid trial • Receive direct feedback on decisions and adjust accordingly

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial • If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days • Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us • Strong written English • Based in North Macedonia • Track your working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one • Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • No minimum number of years of experience; candidates are evaluated through the trial • Employment history must be accurately represented and verified through contracts and payslips

• 1500 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked • Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent • A one-month annual bonus • 15 days of paid leave a year, rising with tenure, plus your own country's public holidays • Paid sick leave • A health allowance • A coworking allowance • Paid trial: half rate for the first two weeks, full rate from week three onward, and a completion payment when you finish the trial, whether or not we hire you • If we stop early, you are paid for the days you worked
