📋 Description

• Help grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service • Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial • For hiring operations: run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, follow-up, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes • For client delivery operations: plan, brief, follow up, and ship client work; manage timelines, brief the team, and prevent work from stalling • Notice slipped work, decide what to do, and close tasks without being asked • Make real daily decisions and be accountable for their quality • Participate in a six- to eight-week paid trial performing the real job

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Uruguay • Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • Employment history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips • Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying • Make decisions and own them, including decisions that go wrong • Distinguish which decisions are yours and which are not • Take feedback as information and adapt appropriately • Improve quickly • Identify and report failing processes, including company processes • Write clearly and honestly, especially about problems • Internet speed and computer are assessed during the application process
