📋 Description

• Accountable for defining, governing, and embedding enterprise-wide standards for Safety, Security, Sustainability, Quality and Business Continuity across Contract Logistics operations. • Own the global S3HQ framework covering: Safety & Health, Security, Sustainability, Quality, Business Continuity / Crisis Preparedness. • Define and maintain minimum global standards, policies, and control frameworks. • Embed S3HQ into BCM-led initiatives, including: CIP & Process Optimisation, New site implementations, GCM client onboarding and expansions, Product and solution development. • Provide clear S3HQ rules of engagement for GCM clients. • Lead a federated S3HQ model: Central ownership and governance, Regional S3HQ leads for execution. • Own the enterprise approach to crisis management and BCP.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in Safety, Security, Sustainability, Quality, or Risk within logistics, supply chain, or complex operations. • Proven experience operating in a global, matrix organisation. • Track record of translating policy into operational execution. • Nice to have: Experience supporting large, strategic customers (GCM‑type environments).
