📋 Description

• Own and prioritise the backlog across all platforms • Turn product vision into clear user stories and tasks • Monitor player engagement and performance — find what's broken, fix it, find what's missing, build it • Gather and define functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders • Drive growth through ideas that are actually different • Work directly with engineering and design to ship features and improve player experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a product ownership or management role • Gambling or gaming industry experience preferred • Comfortable working with both technical and commercial teams • Experience with distributed, remote-first development teams • Clear communicator, strong prioritisation instincts, ownership mindset
