📋 Description

• Design and implement robust, scalable AWS infrastructure for system migrations and platform growth • Own production reliability, performance, security, uptime, incident resolution, and capacity planning • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Chef • Monitor system health with Prometheus, Grafana, and DataDog; define metrics and incident-response playbooks • Lead security-first infrastructure practices, address vulnerabilities, and drive SOC 2 compliance • Partner with engineering teams on operational requirements and architecture decisions • Champion AI adoption within DevOps and SRE workflows • Participate in weekly on-call rotation, troubleshoot complex incidents, lead root cause analyses, and implement preventative fixes • Report to the Senior DevOps Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role • Hands-on AWS experience across IAM, VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail, including multi-account management and SSO • Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code • Experience with Chef or Ansible • Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory, and Jenkins • Familiarity with GitOps methodologies • Experience with Docker, ECS, or EKS • Strong working knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience leading root cause analyses and implementing durable fixes • Proficiency reading Java, Ruby, Bash/Zsh, HCL, Python, and JavaScript • Experience with SOC 2 compliance and security-first infrastructure practices • Comfort with a weekly on-call rotation • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, listed as an additional qualification • Strong candidates may also have experience migrating workloads to AWS, Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, .NET, MongoDB replica sets, ISO 27001, Layer 7 load balancing, Terragrunt, or hospitality technology
