📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy canvas and model-driven Power Apps that meet business requirements and deliver a strong user experience • Build, automate, and optimize business processes using Power Automate cloud flows • Implement error handling, retry logic, and performance tuning for Power Automate flows • Design and build conversational agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio • Connect copilots to enterprise data and systems • Design Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles • Develop standard and custom connectors to integrate Power Platform solutions with internal and third-party systems • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including lists, libraries, Teams, and Outlook • Consume and expose JSON / REST APIs, handling authentication, payload parsing, and error scenarios • Manage solution application lifecycle management across Dev, Test, and Production • Define environment strategy, managed solutions, versioning, and automated deployments • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical designs, solution documentation, and working prototypes • Support testing and UAT • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously enhance existing solutions • Apply security, governance, and data protection best practices • Review peers' work, mentor junior developers, and contribute to Power Platform standards and reusable components • Deliver successful Power App solutions meeting client requirements • Drive quality efforts and improve delivery excellence • Support and improve development team outputs • Minimize financial impact from potential project delivery issues • Ensure quality delivery across projects and support customer satisfaction validation • Align with go-to-market strategies • Proactively manage risks and escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 5–6 years of overall experience in software or application development • Substantial hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform • Strong experience building canvas and model-driven Power Apps • Proven experience designing and delivering Power Automate cloud flows for enterprise processes • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for building copilots and conversational solutions • Solid understanding of Dataverse, including data modeling, security roles, and business logic • Experience building and managing standard and custom connectors • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint • Working knowledge of JSON and REST APIs, including authentication and integration patterns • Practical experience with solution ALM, including environments, managed solutions, and deployment pipelines • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders • Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards (nice to have) • Experience integrating WhatsApp / Infobip and other messaging channels (nice to have) • Experience integrating with HCM / ERP systems through APIs (nice to have) • Experience with Azure Functions for extending Power Platform solutions (nice to have) • Knowledge of DLP policies and tenant governance (nice to have) • Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-200 or PL-400 (nice to have)
