📋 Description

• Define and maintain the Group’s target technical architecture • Contribute to the standardization of infrastructure across the various entities • Support external growth projects and the integration of newly acquired companies • Oversee the operation of server, storage, backup, and network infrastructure • Ensure service availability, performance, and resilience • Manage technical service providers and partners • Support the infrastructure team in resolving complex incidents • Contribute to defining and implementing the cybersecurity roadmap • Strengthen infrastructure and network security and contribute to regulatory compliance, particularly NIS2 • Improve the management of identities, access rights, and privileges, as well as incident detection and response • Lead infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, action plans, risks, impacts, and dependencies • Coordinate internal teams and external partners and provide reporting to the CIO • Define and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans (DRP/BCP) • Lead recovery testing and business continuity exercises • Ensure the quality and reliability of backups • Support the professional development of infrastructure and support teams • Structure technical documentation and operational standards and procedures • Lead data center outsourcing, the migration from Hyper-V to VMware, the deployment of an EDR solution with a managed SOC, backup security enhancements, and infrastructure standardization across France, Italy, and Spain

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education degree in Information Technology or a related field • Significant experience in multi-site and international environments • Strong background in infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity • Experience in technical architecture • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to challenge service providers and technical decisions • Holistic understanding of information systems • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams • Strong interest in AI tools; advanced proficiency in several tools is a plus • Knowledge of or experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, VMware, Synology, Veeam Backup, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Cisco Aruba, SD-WAN, CrowdStrike, managed SOC services, vulnerability management, identity and access management, disaster recovery and business continuity, backup, and restoration • Skills in infrastructure, network, and security architecture; virtualization; risk management; technical project management; impact analysis; service provider management; documentation and standardization; and technical leadership
