📋 Description

• Understand the business and its processes through data • Apply data understanding to help marketing, sales and product teams drive business impact • Assist teams with answering questions using data • Work with stakeholders to clarify potential problems and business objectives • Extract relevant data points from various data sets • Analyze and identify statistically significant trends or insights • Prepare and communicate findings clearly • Build reports and visualizations to monitor key KPIs and objectives • Create and manage documentation on projects, recurring tasks and findings • Build a library of internal knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a data/business analyst or similar working with sizable data sets • Solid knowledge of undergraduate statistics: distributions, uncertainty, biases, hypothesis testing, etc • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets • Proven ability to communicate findings visually with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or similar • Highly organized with the ability to work independently • Basic-to-Intermediate SQL knowledge • Experience working in a SAAS environment
