📋 Description
• Develop and enhance backend applications using PHP and Laravel framework to support eCarsTrade's auction platform. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions to accommodate the rapid growth of our user base. • Utilize Docker for containerization and orchestration, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability. • Implement and optimize queues for asynchronous processing of tasks, enhancing system performance. • Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. • Lead efforts to optimize backend performance, reliability, and scalability, leveraging best practices and innovative technologies. • Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and delivery processes, ensuring rapid and reliable releases. • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development. • Maintain a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering value-added features and enhancements that meet the needs of our users.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development, with a strong emphasis on Laravel framework. • Proficiency in Docker for containerization and deployment of applications. • Experience with implementing and optimizing queues for background processing of tasks. • Solid understanding of scaling principles for backend systems and infrastructure. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for writing clean, efficient code. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on schedule and within budget. • Experience with CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. • Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, drive technical initiatives, and lead by example.
