📋 Description

• Build and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot • Set up and update landing pages using existing templates • QA test every email, form, link, and CTA before launch • Prepare and clean contact lists for campaign sends • Track UTMs and verify attribution is set up correctly • Pull basic reports and flag performance issues • Keep campaign records organized and up to date

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in marketing, admin, or a similar operations role • Professional English required — all work is done in English • Spanish is a plus given our regional markets • Has used at least one email marketing or CRM platform (HubSpot preferred) • Obsessively detail-oriented: you catch errors others miss • Organized by default, not by effort • Communicates clearly and follows through without reminders • Based in Latin America, available during US Eastern or Central business hours
