📋 Description

• Process and resolve inbound inquiries from Dutch users via phone, email, and live messaging • Guide account holders through digital security protocols, transaction records, and platform functionalities • Document, track, and update customer requests and case statuses in the internal CRM software • Collaborate with fraud risk teams and technical operations on complex customer issues • Maintain professional courtesy and clear communication aligned with a leading financial technology brand • Represent a financial technology and payment processing platform for Dutch-speaking clients

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch, written and spoken • B2 working proficiency in English • Must currently reside in Portugal • Active NIF and NISS • Complete legal work eligibility in Portugal • Dedicated home working space with a fast and reliable internet connection • Background in customer care, financial support desks, or e-commerce • Fintech exposure is a plus • Genuine empathy and sharp active listening • Ability to handle multiple software tools simultaneously • Strong attention to detail • Sound emotional intelligence
