📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent C1/C2 command of Dutch, written and spoken • Solid B2 working proficiency in English • Must physically reside in Portugal • Must have valid working rights in Portugal • Must have an active NIF • Must have NISS credentials/social security registration • Quiet home work environment • Stable, high-speed internet connection • Prior experience in customer support, financial helpdesks, or e-commerce environments is ideal • Strong active listening capabilities • Natural empathy • Ability to multitask across digital platforms • Structured attention to detail • Sound emotional intelligence • Updated CV in English or Dutch
