📋 Description

• Support the IT support team in day-to-day operations (1st- and 2nd-level support) • Receive and process support requests via email and ticketing system • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software • Analyze and resolve issues in collaboration with experienced colleagues • Document IT processes and support cases • Contribute to internal IT projects and rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems • Interest in networking technologies, cloud services, and IT security • Initial experience in IT support is an advantage but not required • Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working with people
