📋 Description

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday Reporting, Security, Payroll-related configuration, Integrations, and technical architecture • Design, configure, and support scalable Workday solutions for global business requirements • Evaluate technical impacts of proposed changes across systems, integrations, reporting, and downstream processes • Recommend best practices to improve system performance, governance, and maintainability • Design and develop advanced Workday reports, composite reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields • Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver actionable workforce insights • Improve reporting efficiency through automation and self-service capabilities • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance • Support and oversee Workday integrations, EIBs, PECI, Studio, APIs, and middleware solutions • Partner with Payroll and vendors on payroll interfaces, testing, and process improvements • Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of integration or payroll-related issues • Evaluate integration impacts during Workday releases and enhancements • Manage Workday security framework, domain security policies, roles, segment-based security, and business process security • Lead periodic security audits and compliance activities • Ensure appropriate access controls and segregation of duties • Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, and IT Security teams • Establish standards for reporting, security, and technical configuration • Maintain documentation, testing protocols, and change management controls • Support audit readiness and compliance requirements • Identify opportunities to automate manual activities and improve system efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, HR, or related discipline • 8+ years of HRIS or HR Technology experience • 5+ years of advanced Workday configuration experience • Strong expertise in Reporting, Security, Payroll configuration, Integrations and Architecture • Advanced experience with calculated fields, composite reporting, and dashboards • Experience supporting global HR systems and HR technology projects • Experience mentoring team members, leading projects, or driving process improvement initiatives • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, including negotiation and influencing skills • Capacity to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, and HRIS systems • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation competencies • Ability to discern and address analytical requirements in ambiguous contexts • Meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to issue escalation • Collaborative mindset and commitment to team achievement • Workday certifications in HCM, Reporting, Security, Integrations, Compensation and/or Talent strongly preferred • Experience with Workday integrations such as Studio, EIB, PECI, and APIs • Experience working in a global matrixed environment • SQL, analytics, or data management experience • Knowledge of Core HCM, Talent, or Compensation modules
