📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of Information Security technologies. • Develop scalable security architectures enabling secure adoption of emerging GenAI technologies. • Provide design and architecture guidance for enterprise-level security initiatives, system integration, and tools, including AI and Data Security domains such as Databricks and Snowflake. • Serve as technical lead in designing and building multiple cybersecurity controls, solutions, processes, and functions. • Design and maintain secure architecture frameworks and patterns for solutions. • Deliver and collaborate throughout the delivery project lifecycle, from project management and architecture design through installation, configuration, and documentation of security solutions. • Serve as a business liaison and advisor for one or more business units.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field. • 8 years of previous related experience. • Experience in securing Snowflake and Databricks environments, including reviewing configurations, defining secure-by-default patterns, and advising data engineering teams. • Experience and/or understanding of at least 3 cyber security domains, such as platform security, application security, network security, infrastructure, cloud security, data security, and identity and access management. • Strong experience designing secure architectures for LLMs, generative AI systems, RAG pipelines, and autonomous AI agents across different vendor offerings. • Knowledge of threat modeling with STRIDE methodology. • Understanding of AI threats and mitigation techniques such as OWASP Top 10 AI frameworks. • Understanding of mitigating supply chain risks and attacks for AI security solutions. • Understanding of secure DevOps against AI-specific attacks. • Experience drafting technical documentation. • Excellent organization and time management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer-focused skills. • Recognition as an expert in own area within the organization, with broad-based technical expertise and full knowledge of related disciplines. • Ability to transform technical solutions into well-documented build guides and escalate issues appropriately. • Ability to mentor colleagues and provide guidance for their success. • Strict attention to detail. • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues appropriately. • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Adherence to company rules and requirements, including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety rules, and ability to take adequate control measures to prevent injuries and protect the environment.
