📋 Description

• Advise clients on minimizing energy-buying risks • Develop purchasing and renewable energy strategies • Negotiate energy contracts • Identify trends, opportunities, and insights in energy and risk management • Explore green energy solutions including solar, wind, and cogeneration • Support clients in contracting green energy solutions • Assess possibilities for renewable Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) • Contribute to innovative energy sourcing projects • Work directly with E&C clients and suppliers within Croatia and across the Balkans • Meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with international team members

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in client-facing roles preferred, though candidates with less or more experience may apply • Confident communication, organization, resilience, eagerness to learn, and creative problem-solving • Following energy market trends and understanding how regulations and innovation shape the energy transition • Ability to interpret data, run calculations, and draw insights during tendering processes • Bachelor’s degree in Consulting, Business, Energy Management, or a related field preferred • Basic understanding of energy markets or risk management is an asset • Fluency in English and Croatian required • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and collaborate internationally • CV must be submitted in English • Consent statement regarding personal data processing must be included in the application
