• As a Construction Engineer (Road Infrastructure) and contract manager for works, you will join the Works teams of the Road division to work on infrastructure projects in France and potentially internationally. • You will be responsible for study and construction management assignments (construction supervision — DET, approval/VISA, owner’s assistance — AOR, scheduling and coordination — OPC, etc.). • You coordinate contractors’ interventions while taking into account on-site operational constraints. • You ensure the safety of all stakeholders on site. • You manage relations with key project stakeholders: client, operators and local residents. • You are responsible for managing your projects (costs and schedules). • You perform studies in collaboration with design managers. • You prepare technical proposals for tenders to secure new contracts for the Group.
• Engineering degree • At least 6 years of professional experience in road or motorway infrastructure in design and/or construction • Autonomous and proactive • Team-oriented, rigorous and methodical • Able to analyze stakeholders’ needs • Strong interpersonal skills and good communication abilities • Familiar with common office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Knowledge of CAD/Drafting software is a plus • Independent working level of English
