📋 Description

• Inspect electrical systems, installations, and equipment for compliance with contract documents, specifications, codes, and standards • Conduct daily inspections of electrical, ICT, and ELV systems, including MV/LV distribution, substations, structured cabling, CCTV, security, fire alarm, and associated infrastructure • Monitor installation of street lighting, apron floodlighting, GPUs, AGL, SAS, and telecom infrastructure • Conduct site surveillance against documented processes • Review work-pack documentation and validate test data against specified requirements and tolerances • Verify materials, installation methods, workmanship, and quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health compliance • Review method statements, inspection and test plans, and material submittals • Witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems • Raise non-conformance reports and ensure timely resolution • Maintain detailed inspection records and progress reports • Participate in site coordination and progress meetings with contractors and stakeholders • Identify and document deficiencies, code violations, and safety hazards • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve electrical issues • Prepare inspection reports and maintain records of findings • Stay current with Saudi Arabian and international electrical codes, regulations, and best practices • Provide guidance to improve electrical safety and efficiency • Participate in pre-construction meetings • Perform other duties assigned by the line manager or supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical/ICT & ELV inspection, preferably in infrastructure and hanger projects • Aviation project experience preferred • Prior experience working with a Project Management Consultant (PMC) highly desirable • Strong knowledge of Saudi electrical codes, SEC standards, and international regulations • Understanding of electrical systems used in infrastructure projects, including street lighting, utility networks, cabling, MV/LV substations, AGL, and SAS systems • Strong knowledge of structured cabling, networking, and integrated systems • Proficiency in Saudi Arabian and international electrical codes and standards • Extensive knowledge of electrical and ICT systems and components • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics • Proven experience working on construction sites and aviation projects • Expertise in using testing equipment and inspection tools • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant inspection software • In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations and safety standards • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment • Meticulous attention to detail and strong commitment to safety and quality
