📋 Description

• Develop technical design concepts and choices • Define principles and architecture for high-voltage systems, generators, electrical distribution, lighting, elevator sizing, and low-current systems • Draft descriptive reports and specification/tender documents • Supervise graphic/CAD production carried out by a project designer/drafter • Estimate construction costs for assigned packages • Coordinate with other project stakeholders • Analyze contractor bids • Follow up on execution (document approvals, equipment receipt, site visits, leading technical coordination meetings) • Carry out pre-acceptance operations and resolve punch-list items

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree • Minimum 10 years' professional experience in the field • Power electrical systems (high-current) and good knowledge of low-current/weak-current systems • Tools: Microsoft Office • Foreign language: English (working proficiency) • Strong interpersonal skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to work independently • Ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary team • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills • Intellectual curiosity
