📋 Description

• Responsible for the design and construction follow-up of large-scale commercial/tertiary buildings' electrical systems • Develop technical design choices and concepts • Define principles and architecture for high voltage, backup generators, distribution, lighting, elevator sizing, and low-current systems • Draft descriptive notes and prepare tender specifications • Supervise graphic production carried out by a CAD technician • Estimate construction costs for the relevant scopes • Coordinate with other project stakeholders • Analyze contractor bids • Oversee execution (document approvals, material reception, site visits, leading technical coordination meetings)

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the field • Power (strong-current) systems and good knowledge of low-current systems • Tools: Microsoft Office • Working proficiency in English
