📋 Description

• Lead projects, ensuring technical quality and successful completion • Serve as the technical reference for project teams • Supervise and transfer technical and project-management knowledge to the team • Provide strategic expertise for tender/proposal responses • During project phases, act as project lead and/or technical lead/contributor

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in hydraulic engineering or equivalent • Minimum of 7–8 years’ experience in the specified fields • Knowledge of public procurement regulations and the MOP law is a plus • Team spirit and initiative • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with hydrological and hydraulic software: HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS (1D & 2D), InfoWorks ICM, TELEMAC
