• Provide daily administrative support to multiple active projects • Assist project managers with coordination activities, follow-ups, and general project support • Track near-term and daily project tasks and deliverables to support schedule adherence • Help ensure routine project items are completed and documented on time • Support meeting preparation, meeting notes, action item tracking, and follow-up coordination • Transfer project documentation received from clients, consultants, and internal teams • Organize, name, version, and store files within SharePoint in accordance with project and QA/QC standards • Maintain clean, auditable folder structures and document logs • Assist with assembling and organizing project packages, reports, submittals, and progress updates • Assist with typing, formatting, editing, and organizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Maintain revision histories and controlled versions of SOP documentation • Assist with data entry, tracking logs, reminders, and basic reporting
• Minimum 2−3 years of experience in an administrative, project support, document control, or coordination role • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (С1 level or higher) • Strong typing and document formatting skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Experience working with SharePoint or similar document management platforms • High attention to detail, organization, and consistency • Ability to follow structured procedures and document standards • Comfortable supporting multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with direction • Strong time management and prioritization skills
