📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to the biotech and pharmaceutical industries • Work on project teams implementing manufacturing software • Perform programming, project management, software validation, and unit testing throughout the software development life cycle • Interact closely with clients, vendors, team members, and external stakeholders • Perform development or validation activities for the OpsTrakker mobile app when not at a client site • Analyze information and make appropriate project decisions • Travel to customer sites as required, typically 30–65% depending on project and customer needs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong positive customer service and collaboration skills • Integrity and strong work ethic • Ability to quickly learn multidisciplinary skills and concepts • Strong problem-solving and analytical decision-making skills • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations • Work authorization for Singapore • Understanding of the software development life cycle, including user requirements gathering, software development and test protocol execution • Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing systems required • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a relevant area • Authoring and/or implementation experience with MES software packages such as POMS/POMSnet, Emerson Syncade, Körber PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, OpsCenter, or another life sciences MES tool • Openness to career development and feedback
