📋 Description

• Identify, audit, and manage online listings and business profiles for assigned clients • Analyze citation data, calculate NAP consistency scores, and track improvements • Correct NAP discrepancies across third-party platforms • Communicate with directory administrators and partners by email and phone • Request, follow up on, and confirm approved listing updates • Coordinate with the Client Servicing Team to obtain verification PINs, access codes, and client documentation • Stay informed about NAP consistency standards, local SEO best practices, and search engine guidelines • Prepare and maintain detailed NAP reports • Address client queries and contribute to strategies improving online data accuracy • Participate in client calls and Zoom meetings when required to explain findings, progress, and next steps

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Excellent research and analytical skills • Basic to intermediate computer literacy • Familiarity with online marketing concepts and digital communication tools such as Zoom and Skype • Proven experience working with Google Docs and Google Sheets • Solid understanding of online marketing fundamentals, particularly NAP consistency and local search visibility • Experience using ticketing or task management systems • Ability to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday • Minimum 3 hours worked between 6:30 PM and 1:30 AM Sri Lankan Time • Must define and consistently follow a work schedule • Weekend work is not permitted • Quiet, distraction-free home working environment • Dedicated desktop or laptop; tablets and mobile phones are not permitted • Headset with microphone • Stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting Zoom meetings • Device must have Zoom, Chrome, Firefox, Slack, antivirus software, and a mail client installed • May be required to install additional software • Cannot be employed by another company while working at Bizycorp
