📋 Description

• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows for repetitive tasks, data updates, notifications, and follow-ups • Improve CRM processes and ensure accurate information flow between systems • Connect HubSpot and other business applications using APIs, webhooks, and integration tools • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable data transfers • Build simple internal tools and lightweight web applications for data entry, record updates, and administrative tasks • Use Python and basic frontend technologies to turn business requirements into working solutions • Use Claude and Claude Code to develop, test, troubleshoot, and improve automations and internal applications • Explore practical applications of AI to reduce manual work and improve efficiency • Assist with building and deploying internal tools using Vercel and Supabase • Maintain existing solutions, investigate issues, and implement improvements • Test automations and integrations, identify errors, and ensure solutions work as intended • Document work and simplify existing workflows for reliability and maintainability • Work closely with the team to identify repetitive tasks and develop practical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of basic to intermediate knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages • Interest in automating repetitive tasks and improving workflows • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or software integrations • Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop practical solutions • Willingness to learn new technologies and experiment with tools • Strong attention to detail when testing solutions and handling data • Good written and verbal English • Preferred: Experience creating workflows or automations in HubSpot or another CRM platform • Preferred: Experience using Python scripts for data entry, data processing, or repetitive tasks • Preferred: Familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, or other AI-assisted coding tools • Preferred: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frontend development • Preferred: Exposure to Vercel, Supabase, or similar deployment and backend platforms • Preferred: Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, or third-party integrations • Must have legal working rights in Sri Lanka and be living in Sri Lanka
