📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex, cross-border legal projects across LATAM, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East, coordinating with external counsels and advisors. • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements across multiple jurisdictions. • Assess legal risks and develop mitigation strategies with senior management. • Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance across all operating markets. • Manage disputes and conflict resolution processes, advising internal stakeholders on exposure and strategy. • Work alongside legal and finance specialists to support the business across a wide range of matters. • Report directly to the Head of Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal, ideally in international law firms/consulting. • M&A and/or dispute resolution experience will be an advantage. • Bachelor degree in law. • Master degree in law from a foreign university (LLM) (including pending) - students during their LLM studies could also be a good fit. • Full professional proficiency in English.
