• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, client acquisition, or strategic marketing. • Experience within recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, BPO, professional services, or related industries is highly preferred. • Proven track record of generating leads and acquiring clients through strategic marketing initiatives. • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, automation tools, and digital marketing channels. • Experience managing client and vendor relationships. • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. • Preferred • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms. • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising. • Experience developing go-to-market and growth strategies. • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
