📋 Description

• Quickly and effectively resolve customer support tickets while ensuring a seamless user experience and customer empathy • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide straightforward, user-friendly solutions • Stay informed about product developments • Contribute proactively and reactively to documentation and help center articles • Act as a liaison between customers and the company, representing user feedback internally • Ensure user-generated content complies with community guidelines • Review and moderate the voice library to maintain high-quality platform content

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a technical customer support department in SaaS or at a high-growth technology company • Experience working in a startup with international teams in a remote setting • Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to APIs or browser errors • Detail-oriented mindset focused on high-quality work • Autonomous and execution-focused mindset • General interest in AI and technology • Passion for audio AI • Analytical, efficient, and first-principles approach to solving complex challenges • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
