📋 Description

• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from HR and business stakeholders • Design and develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) • Build custom data models using SQL and create RTF and Excel templates • Create and configure OTBI analyses, subject area queries, and dashboards • Develop reports for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits • Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data and logic issues • Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production issues • Prepare technical specifications, test cases, and user documentation • Work with technical and project teams to deliver reporting solutions on Oracle cloud platforms • Contribute to Oracle cloud solution development, hybrid cloud application migrations, and global cloud application deployments

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant consulting, industry or technology experience • Strong hands-on experience in BI Publisher (BIP): data models, templates, bursting, and scheduling • Strong hands-on experience in OTBI: subject areas, analyses, and dashboards • Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM data model and tables • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills • Experience with HCM Extracts • Understanding of Fusion security, roles, and data access • Proven knowledge of Oracle Cloud platform and tools • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and documentation skills • Willingness to travel in case of project requirement • Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices • Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts and software • Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player with exceptional relationship management skills • Passion for building high-quality systems with software implementation • Professionalism and integrity • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or Oracle Analytics is a plus • Knowledge of OCI, REST/SOAP APIs, and APEX/VBCS is an advantage • Exposure to multiple end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus
