📋 Description

• Own the affiliate channel end to end • Source, sign and onboard affiliates, IBs, influencers, KOLs and content partners across target markets • Manage existing partners and grow volume, quality and retention • Negotiate CPA, RevShare and hybrid commission deals • Track partner performance, traffic quality, FTDs, conversion and lifetime value • Identify and shut down low-quality or fraudulent traffic • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Compliance on campaigns, landing pages, promotional materials and marketing compliance • Represent the brand at industry events and expos • Report channel performance, forecasts and growth plans to senior management • Convert partner traffic into funded, active traders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in affiliate or partnership management within a crypto exchange, FX/CFD broker or fintech trading platform • Strong iGaming affiliate backgrounds considered • Existing network of affiliates, IBs or crypto influencers that can be activated • Solid commercial negotiation skills • Track record of growing partner revenue • Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Cellxpert, MyAffiliates or similar • Strong grasp of performance metrics • Comfortable working in Excel and dashboards • Understanding of crypto and derivatives products and compliance rules around promoting them • Fluent English • Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Spanish or Portuguese are a strong plus • Candidates must be from the digital assets sector
