📋 Description

• Grow the Accountancy and Finance desk across Cyprus and the UAE building on an established client base • Develop new client relationships in finance functions across FinTech, Financial Services, FX/CFD, crypto, payments, and iGaming • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management • Maintain accurate, complete records in our ATS

🎯 Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally with an accountancy and finance specialism either agency side or in-house TA • Fluent English; Greek desirable • Comfortable working independently on a high uncapped commission basis • Existing network or credible route to build one across Cyprus and the wider region
