📋 Description

• Perform testing and validation of systems and applications, identifying unexpected behavior and potential failures • Reproduce bugs and conduct initial analyses to support the identification of their root causes • Troubleshoot applications by correlating symptoms with potential technical issues • Use tools such as Postman to perform queries and validations on REST APIs • Interpret JSON data structures and validate service responses • Perform basic database queries to check and validate information • Analyze system and application logs to identify errors and inconsistencies • Support investigations involving applications, integrations, and microservices architecture • Document incidents clearly, detailing the reproduction steps, expected result, and actual result • Collaborate with Development and QA teams by providing evidence and information to support issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of programming logic • Basic knowledge of REST APIs and JSON • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries • Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems • Basic knowledge of infrastructure, cloud computing, and servers • Basic knowledge of microservices architecture • Familiarity with API inspection tools such as Postman • Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting system and application logs • Basic knowledge of software testing and the ability to reproduce bugs • Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology • Availability to work from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
