📋 Description

• Develop and lead Salesforce engineering initiatives • Implement, enhance, and support Salesforce CPQ • Work with Salesforce Classic, Lightning, VisualForce, Apex, Data Raptors, OmniScript, Java Services, and integration techniques • Determine when to use declarative code versus custom Visualforce and Apex code • Build and support integrations using JSON, XML, API Gateway/Web Services, Messaging, RESTful architectures, and potentially legacy SOAP interfaces • Contribute to Agile software development activities • Build highly scalable web applications • Collaborate effectively within a team environment • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or revised by the employer

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional software engineering experience • Minimum of 2 or more active Salesforce Developer Certifications • 2+ years of experience with Vlocity CPQ/Salesforce CPQ • Deep development experience with Salesforce, Classic, Lightning, VisualForce, Apex, Data Raptors, OmniScript, Java Services, and integration techniques • Strong experience implementing, enhancing, and supporting CPQ Salesforce • Strong experience with object-oriented programming and at least one object-oriented programming language, such as Java or Python • Ability to recommend when to use declarative code versus custom code using Visualforce and Apex • Experience working with JSON and XML • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable • Practical experience with Agile software development is a plus • Experience implementing and using Copado is a plus • Practical experience building highly scalable web applications is a plus • Knowledge of modern integration methods, including API Gateway/Web Services, Messaging, and RESTful architectures; preferred experience with legacy SOAP interfaces • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated continuous learning of new technologies • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment
