📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements • Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria • Create clear and succinct technical requirements for UI components, workflows, validations, and user interactions • Develop process flows, use cases, data mappings, and system documentation to support development efforts • Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and traceable • Facilitate story grooming with engineers and QAs • Review completed work to confirm alignment with documented requirements • Collaborate with QA to develop test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing • Validate UI behavior, data flows, and API responses against defined specifications • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and assisting business users

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a hybrid BA/QA role • demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications • hands-on experience writing and executing test cases • strong understanding of REST APIs, data flows, and system integrations • working knowledge of SQL • proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and requirements documentation tools • strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills • excellent written and verbal communication skills
