📋 Description

• Design, launch, and manage TikTok advertising campaigns aligned with lead generation, conversion, traffic, or revenue goals • Conduct client intake • Build campaign frameworks • Set up ad groups • Manage targeting • Configure campaign segmentation • Launch campaigns using controlled budget and performance benchmarks • Develop creative testing plans focused on TikTok-native short-form content • Identify, script, and test video hooks, UGC-style videos, native storytelling, problem-solution formats, testimonial structures, and other creative concepts designed to improve engagement and lead generation • Monitor campaign performance, including CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, cost per lead, creative fatigue, retention metrics, hook effectiveness, and lead quality • Adjust bidding strategies, audience structures, budgets, and campaign settings based on performance data • Install, verify, and troubleshoot TikTok Pixel, Events API, domain verification, UTM tracking, and CRM attribution • Ensure TikTok leads flow correctly into GoHighLevel or other assigned CRM platforms • Prepare weekly campaign summaries and monthly reports covering spend, leads, cost per lead, creative performance, campaign results, CRM pipeline quality, and scaling recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of hands-on TikTok Ads experience • Strong understanding of short-form creative strategy • TikTok platform culture • Scroll behavior • Hook-based marketing • Campaign setup • Paid social optimization • Experience installing TikTok Pixel • Supporting basic Events API setup • Familiarity with CRM integrations • GoHighLevel experience preferred • Experience managing lead generation or conversion-based paid social campaigns preferred • Experience working with U.S.-based clients • Collaborating with video editors or UGC creators • Supporting creative production teams preferred • Meta Ads experience is a plus • Reliable computer • Strong internet connection • Quiet remote workspace • Ability to pass background and reference checks
