📋 Description

• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for transformation and optimization • Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions • Create business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories • Support solution design and validation activities across Finance and Supply Chain functions • Collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities • Support data validation, reporting, and reconciliation activities • Assist with deployment planning, training, and post-production stabilization • Provide ongoing business process and application support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions • Strong knowledge of Finance business processes • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working in cross-functional transformation programs • Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams • Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) (preferred) • Experience supporting at least two of: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record to Report; Order-to-Cash (O2C); Supply Chain Operations; Financial Planning and Reporting; Finance Transformation initiatives (preferred) • Experience working in large high-tech enterprise environments (preferred) • Exposure to testing, data migration, and ERP transformation programs (preferred) • Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, Functional Design, User Acceptance Testing, Stakeholder Management, ERP Implementations, and Oracle EBS Functional Expertise
